OPSIS CODE OF CONDUCT

Human Rights
OPSIS supports and respects internationally recognised human rights and is never complicit in human rights abuses.

Anti-corruption
OPSIS stands for honesty, integrity, and accountability. This means that all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery, are not accepted.

Environmental responsibility
Innovative solutions that reduce environmental impact are encouraged. Sustainability is a key word for OPSIS and we strive to be resource efficient. OPSIS works with environmental issues from a preventive perspective, which means prioritising environmentally friendly solutions and avoiding environmentally harmful substances as far as possible.

Freedom of association
All employees are free to join or participate in trade union activities. OPSIS recognises the right to collective bargaining regarding employment conditions.

Forced labour
All forms of forced labour are prohibited, and employees have the right to terminate their employment according to local legislation or employment contracts.

Child labour
OPSIS rejects all forms of child labour. No person under 15 years of age shall be employed and, in the case of particularly demanding tasks, the person must be at least 18 years of age.

Discrimination
Diversity among OPSIS employees is encouraged, and no one regardless of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, family status, religion, political opinion, ethnic background, social background, social status, age, trade union membership, or disability shall be discriminated against. Physical or psychological harassment is strictly prohibited within OPSIS.

Business 
OPSIS always acts according to good business practices when conducting business. OPSIS also ensures that goods and services meet legal requirements.

Communication
OPSIS employees are its ambassadors when exchanging information with other people and organisations. Employees should therefore:

  • Be clear in their communications and use careful language.
  • Respect all forms of confidentiality and copyright.
  • Protect personal data by complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Show respect for other people and organisations in general.

Competition
OPSIS complies with local laws and does not engage in anti-competitive behaviour.
