1,3-Butadiene - C4H6

1,3-Butadiene has the chemical formula C4H6 and the structural formula H2C=CH-CH=CH2. It is an important industrial chemical used as a monomer in the production of synthetic rubber. It is also used in mixtures to calibrate analysers for the petrochemical analysis.

Its major hazards are fire and reactivity.
