Benzaldehyde - C₇H₆O

Benzaldehyde is a colourless liquid with an odour similar to almonds. The chemical and structural formulas of Benzaldehyde are C₇H₆O and C₆H₅CHO.

It is used to produce almond flavouring that can be used in many different food products.

Benzaldehyde can be extracted from a lot of natural sources like apricots and above mentioned almonds.
