Nitric oxide - NO

Nitric oxide (NO) is a colourless and poisonous gas that exists in car exhausts and small amounts in the atmosphere.

The main applications of nitric oxide is to calibrate gas mixtures for petrochemical industry, environmental emissions monitoring and trace impurity in analysers.

The major hazards of NO are inhalation and reactivity.
