H2S Monitoring

It can be difficult to monitor H₂S. The gas lacks distinct UV absorption lines and IR absorption monitoring is affected by interference from H₂O.

OPSIS offers a better solution for monitoring H₂S in industrial applications. The OPSIS "Hot Wet Extractive" system is used here in combination with an innovative, durable gas converter. In this, H₂S is modified into other gases that can be easily measured with OPSIS UV-DOAS technology, without SO₂ scrubbing.
